Day 24: Elephant & Castle

The All-City Project crew is on fire after closing down the Show Down the night before. Day 24 of debauchery brings us to Elephant & Castle in the Financial District of the city. E&C is an English-style pub whose name was derived from Royal scandal and gossip dating back to the 14th century when Charles I was betrothed to a Spanish princess from Castille. The name originates from the first Elephant & Castle in London where it still operates to this day.

"Today, E&C has grown to over 20 restaurants across the United States and Canada from Toronto, Boston, and Chicago to Vancouver, San Diego, and San Francisco. This record of 30 years of stability and success is due to E&C's continued commitment to be the standard of what North American consumers demand of a British pub and restaurant concept - Bang On Food, Bang On Drinks, and Bang On Service!"

As visitors and residents were piling into the city for "Pride" weekend, everyone wanted a big bang for the buck! E&C did not disappoint! The food is great here, may I recommend their famous fish n' chips or deliciously well-made Shepard's pie. Either way if you're around the way come into this beautifully decorated English pub and have a cold beer or a cocktail and enjoy some great pub grub. You can catch sports games that are televised on one of the many flat HD T.V.'s or play some pool in the back room. I had numerous shots of Jameson whiskey, several pints of Boddington's ale, and at least 1 shot, that I remember of Jagermeister. The monster in me comes out when I drink Jager, good thing he didn't come out! phew!

The E&C staff was great and they took care of the All-City crew! Big thank yous to the Manager, Ian aka Munter, and our shot-slingers Daniel and Tara! You guys rock hard! Sorry if we kept you guys passed your bedtimes! Lol! The ACP crew closed-out yet another pub! Thanks to everybody who came out, it was indeed another grand time in the SFC! Catch us on the remaining days of the debauchery trail, follow us on facebook and twitter/allctyproject or check the blog at 30daysofdebauchery.blogspot.com

Day 23: The Showdown

On the 23rd day we found ourselves on 6th Street. The Showdown is conveniently located near my black tar heron dealer's place of business, and you never have to worry about not finding a bathroom, because something about the area just screams: toilet. There are plenty of transgender/transvestite/transformer escorts running around, if that tickles your late-night fancy. Regardless of 6th Street's sterling reputation, The Showdown is a great spot to end up. The owner Johnny treated everyone with class, and the new bartender Tanya was fly... said she just moved here from SoCal.
We met up with a couple natives, Tommy and Jay. It was like we already knew each other, just hadn't met yet. At the end of the night, after a quick bathroom break, I found myself huddled around the bar with all the regulars for a final shot. The front door was closed and by luck or fate, I achieved VIP status. Long story short, I shut down The Showdown, with help from sDo-D. In the words of The Terminator: I'll Be Back.

Day 22: Azul (CEO's and Office Hoes theme night)

Man oh Man... Now this is what I'm talking about! All City Project was ready to get into this one and so was everyone else!  See, this is what happens when you get good looking people together, give it a cute theme, and add drinks... you get Day 22 of the Debauchery! CEO's and Office Hoes!  Azul is located by Sutter and Grant on this little side street.  Keep your eyes open when you are looking for this place.  This was a perfect place to get off work and hit their happy hour.  Joshua was our bartender for the night.   I hope we didn't give him too much of a hard time last night because I think some of us were a little out of control. (Yeah, you know who you are...hahahaha!)  I was very happy with the effort that everyone came out for this somewhat classy night.

See ladies, you didn't have to exactly  have to"hoe it up"... But DAMM  ya'll looked sexy!

And to the fellas, A boss can do anything in 30 Days, looking good, looking good.

Gonna keep this post short.  When it comes down to Day 22, If you weren't here.... You really missed it!  This was one of favorite nights.  And that's all i'm gonna say about that.  DEBAUCHERY!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!  If you have pics for Azul, I would love to see them! There are so many pics going off, I thought you were the paparazzi! Send them 30daysofdebauchery@gmail.com or Allcityproject@gmail.com

Special hello to Monique (Mo-Mo...friends forever) and her friend, the bride to be Jessica.  Congrats!  Glad to meet you ladies...

Day 21: Pist Off Pete's

It was a low key Tuesday. The usual suspects were all in attendance. They had the regular amenities: pool table, several cheaply priced beers on tap, juke box, etc.. They also had a horoscope dispenser machine. I thought I might get my horoscope for the day; WRONG. This evil machine dispensed one dollar calling cards that appeared to be some type of fake lottery scratcher. That really pist me off and I needed a beer; immediately. Miguel, the keeper of the bar, promptly pored me a pint of Racer 5 IPA. Numnumnumnum. Temper in check I began to enjoy the company of my constituents. Stretch pointed out that we had a real juke box on our hands. It was uncensored. You could find almost any artist or song. Theme music playing, beer in hand, friends about, the night began to form together like an East Oakland side show.

My name is Barack Jr. and I approve this message.

Day 20: Friends Bar

Wow! What a night, what a night, what a night! I've been closing down way too many spots on this debaucherous campaign trail. I must say though, that it's as fun as it looks! Coming off a blazin' a$$ weekend of debauchery, the ACP crew nestled into a local neighborhood bar called Friends Bar. Located at 558 Monterey Blvd. in the back of San Francisco City College, Friends is a nice cozy watering hole for the neighborhood locals and the ACP crew alike.

There's a couple of televisions for the sports enthusiast, an Internet jukebox, a pool and Foosball table, couple of comfy couches and a nice fire place for them cold nights. Friends even has a nice back patio when you want a change in scenery. They even serve a variety of bar fare like burgers, hot doggies, polish dogs, beer brats and popcorn. You have everything you need for a good night of drinking, no wonder Friends is the "neighborhood's finest hangout"!

Our shot-slinger and bartender for the evening was Rudy, Howie Mandel's twin brother! Rudy is a good dude, thanks for the friendly hospitality, you rock man! And yes, we're a little crazy for the 30 DOD project but I've accepted that already! I definitely can't forget the entrancing Miss Evelyn, whose the owner/operator of this enjoyable establishment. Thanks again dear for a lovely night, Toronto in the house!!!

Friends is a full bar that serves up a nice variety of beers on tap and in the bottle, some selections of vino and even champagne, you fancy huh?! The thing better than the drink selection is the price. You can have a great time and get your fix without breaking your wallet, I can dig that anytime! If you're in the neighborhood pop on in, I'll definitely come back to Friends, it's a great place to meet new friends...with benefits!

I want to give a big All-City Project shout out to Rob, Joe F. Chris, Laura (MILF), Joey, and Mary Anne...thanks for the shots mami! Big ups to the ACP crew; RallyOh, Stretcher, E-Fizlam, Murderousville, & Es-Sco-Bar!

Day: 19 Valley Tavern

First off, All City Project crew would like to wish all the Father's of the world an Happy Father's Day, we would not be here without you. Most fathers would probably say "it was my pleasure"  - Damn right! Celebrating Father's Day and day 19, the 30 Days of Debauchery visits The Valley Tavern. Located at 4054 24th St. where their motto is "where the neighborhood meets."

Perched in the hills of Noe Valley and right up 24th st. from the Mission, Valley Tavern is a meeting place for all to enjoy. This is a great place to get out the house and come play. Valley Tavern consists of many features to keep you in the mood. There is no going wrong when you're pimped out with a 3 tier patio, 8 plasma flat-screens, 2 pool tables, a digital jukebox with a knocking sound and for the smokers an open-air smoke room. This makes great for those wonderful SF summer days.

Valley Tavern boasts 30 plus beers on tap in addition to the ones in bottles. All the fine liquor along with cocktail drinks done right, having the added condiments that you would expect of any quality tavern. Our bartenders Julie and Jon were great to us, a definite service with a smile. Day 17: Fiddler's Green

Ahhhhh the luck of the Irish was with us tonight.  Located by Fisherman’s Wharf, Fiddler’s Green had that local charm with remnants of what I would think Ireland would be like.  (Need to plan a trip out there. Wait til they get a load of me!)   We got there early since we here this place can get packed, especially on a Friday night.  They have live music every day.   Sabbach plays from Thursday til Sunday.  He has been playing here for 15 years.  I’m sure Fiddler’s has been good to him and vice versa.  Once it hit 9pm, their upstairs opened up with a full bar, dance floor and a DJ to help you dance your ass off!  Wait, where am I?  This place has something for everyone.  More of the younger crowd was upstairs, while the mature local crowd was downstairs.  I spent most of my time with the O.G.’s.  Kevin, our bartender, host, entertainer and new friend was one of the best things that could happen to 30 Days of Debauchery and All City Project Crew!  The best way I can describe Kevin is that he was the combination of all of my favorite Irish folks rolled into one!  He heard from some of our friends that 30 Days was coming and he made sure he took care of us from the very beginning.  There was a point when I wanted to tip him out since he got me and Luther a shot, but he kept saying, “Ryan, don’t do that.”  We still managed to empty our pockets by the end of the night and made sure we left him with something.  Hey, when bars treat you that well, you’ll always come back.   I even got a chance to meet the owner Patrick and had a shot with him.  I think that was my back to back to back shots of Jamison.  Shot out to the rest of the staff: Jimmy, Dean, and Chris… Great job guys!  How does a chic come to the bar with no money and no ID and think she can come in?   Fiddler’s, I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality.  Next time when I visit, I’ll be coming for the food!
To everyone who came out…  Monica, Lori, Tony, Osha, Cathleen, Vincent and Ina, Katelyn, Schivonne, Dennis, A.Gee, Dez, Joe, Chris, Natalie, Catharine, Melissa and Jasmine (were looking good) Keep it coming….
To my 30 Days of Debauchery / All City Project Crew… I leave you with an Irish Toast.  –Rally Oh
Here's to a long life and a merry one.
A quick death and an easy one.
A pretty girl and an honest one.
A cold beer and another one!

Day 16: The Taco Shop @ Underdogs

It’s going to be a good night when you hear “All City” before you walk in the place.  The folks are here and are ready to get down!  Day 16 brings us to The Taco Shop @ Underdogs. Why has it taken me so long to visit this hidden gem in the Sunset?  Everything I heard about this place was all correct.   Great place to visit.   Eat, drink, and watch sports, my kind of place!   Plenty of TV’s in every direction to watch the game.  Bucket of beer and some tacos!  You have to try the Carnitas Quesadilla.  Yum. Arcade games to keep the drunken girls entertained.  I’ll be back here for Taco Tuesday!  $2 tacos, $2 Tecate… hell yeah!   Not bad for a Thursday.  The Debauchery continues…
Thank you goes out to Duke, Jessica, Chelsea, Darrick, and the girl in the GNR shirt. (Sorry Hun, I missed your name.)  Thanks for letting 30 days have fun in your establishment for Day 16.  Trust me, we’ll be back.
To all of our wonderful folks that come out and support 30DOD/ACP, right on!  Melissa, Darrick and Louise, Eli, Nick, Yoel, Ari and Cecily, Pauline, Rob and Sonia, Basil and Melissa, Remi, Catharine, Jamille, Natalie, Dennis, Dave, and Mr. Nate Payne.
ACP…. You guys got any cash on you?   I think we are doing too much.

Day: 15 Club Waziema

Day: 15 Club Waziema
Club Waziema, located at 543 Divisadero St. is the place that marks the half-way point for the 30 Days of Debauchery event. Waziema is a bar hall that offers nice simple drinks and wholesome authentic Ethiopian cuisine.

Waziema is a hole-in-the-wall kind of place to get your perk on. Although, not really known for its bar-like atmosphere, Waziema provides a indoor socializing hall experience. Laced with a couple of TVs for fans to root on our beloved SF Giants, an OG jukebox, and a huge back room for people to play pool. You can will find something to your liking while enjoying a drink there.

Large space for large groups
Waziema's drink specialty menu hails a "keep it simple" mentality with about 20 traditional cocktails, ranging from Amaretto Sour, Kamikaze, Long Island Iced Tea and Vodka Collins to name a few. The drinks are made with care and love adding that goodness to it. In addition to simple spirits, they do have a modest range of beer on the menu for our consuming pleasure as well as the typical supply of alcohol on hand. However, if you dig Carlsberg like I do, Waziema is a place that will satisfy your thirst on tap.

If you find yourself in the mood, they offer both quality Ethiopian vegetarian food as well as dishes for the carnivore.

The ambiance of the place is mild, creating a perfect place for you and your friends to chillax and enjoy conversation. The place facilitates an artist platform for artist to express their work, while resonating of bit of that swag itself. Art deco from a modern contemporary era is fitting for a Divisadero St. relic.

Prices are sub-par  without the sub-par quality. If simple great tasting drinks with a relax socializing environment is something you enjoy, check out Club Waziema.

Thanks for all those who came out and hung out with us. Shouts out Catherine (I heart Yemen), Juan, Natalie, Katie, Mark S., Dave N., Stretch, E*Fizzle, Rally Oh, S. Freezie, sCo-D, and the new homie Chris, thanks for the party favor! Not to mention all you pretty people that came out and inadvertently became apart to this awesome event. Yeeeee!

Day 14: The Ambassador

The fact that I feel like a horrible train wreck the day after means that the All City crew, especially me had a grandiose time at The Ambassador. This is another gem in the rough of San Francisco, located in the Tenderloin and it was a must that the 30 Days of Debauchery come and party here. Every Tuesday is $2 Tuesday, from 6 PM- 12AM $2 beers, $2 wine, $2 well drinks, and $2 plates of food are offered. Hey what more do I hafta say...? But I just began...Tuesday Day 14 of 30 began just as well, with what I called the unofficial welcoming of summer in the SFC! The temperature was just right, the skirts were out and the flowers were blooming.

Tuesdays are one of the most fun nights and also one of the busiest, so arriving early was a must! Aside from the great Tuesday deal, The Ambassador is a nice mix between a bar, lounge, and a club where traditional and swank are perfectly blended in the stylish decor of this establishment. There is also a Mezzanine that over looks the whole place with its own bar and restroom. On those not-so-busy evenings, The Ambassador is perfect for a social hour drink after work, a nice easy cocktail with some grub, or a nice place to bring a date.

Our bartenders for the night were Sasha and the home-girl Bethel, whose hot in a Uma Thurman kinda way! Cheers to y'all and thanks for a great night! Even though is was busy from the beginning, they were fabulous to the ACP crew serving up everything to little live Joe to a hell if I know, what everyone was drinking. Our buddy DJ Fox was also in the house spinning beats for the night. The people were beautiful with the exception of a few, and the vibes were right. It felt like I was partying in a club in Las Vegas at one point!
We had a very good turn out and I want to give a big All City shout out to the following: Monica, Maureen, Chris, Janelle, Lindsey, Layla, Jamille, Melissa, Chevon, Dave, Mark S., Jesse, Miguel, Kyle, Xena, Dara, Grant and not to mention the ACP crew; Barack Jr., Sco-D, Stretch Vet, RallyOh, and E*Fizzle!!! We are some real muthaf*@kin' Rock Stars!!!

For more info on The Ambassador check out their website www.ambassador415.com
you'll surely will have a good time!

Day 13: Glen Park Station

Nestled just behind Glen Park, Glen Park Station located at 2816 Diamond is a great place to unwind after a long day of work. Our bartender Richard was fantabulous. He gave me some great local history about the bar, neighborhood, and he also gave me some great information about previous bar crawls he was a part of...all of which took place in the 80's. Richard also kept the party going with all kinds of good music from the 70's and 80's and a great drink special for our debaucherous team. We of course did our own DJ-ing once the drinks started flowing (I love internet juke boxes).
Glen Park Station has a great selection of beers and wine...not to mention all the liquor you can think of. There is adequate seating and a small patio for you medicinal users. And, if you are looking for food there is a great place just next door, and there are several bus lines that will get you damn near to the front door of Glen Park Station. So, if you need a friendly bartender and a stiff drink...Glen Park Station is the spot for you! As always a special thanks goes out to those of you that came out in support of the debauchery (you know who you are).
Like a good neighbor Stretchevt is there...with the rest of the debaucherous crew!

Day 12: Lucky 13

Lucky 13 is a spot near the corner of Church and Market. My buddy Noah is the bartender on Sunday nights, so I figured we'd pay him a visit. Noah's a cool dude, the type of friend you only hear from when he needs something (sarcasm). His awesome girlfriend Diana was helping out as a bar-back, keeping the dungeon-like atmosphere spiffy. It was my first time here, and the place has that "gates of hell", dim-red lighting. It was Vinyl Hayride hillbilly night, and the tunes coming from the speakers made you want pull out a fiddle and start wrecking sh*t.

It was only 6 bucks for a PBR and a shot of your choice... minus the upper-shelf, good sh*t. Noah makes a mean margarita too, my boy Uly can attest to that. There was a sick-ass, old school custom Harley out front, I think it belonged to one of the regulars. The place had a steady crowd the whole night, which Diana said was a little unusual for a Sunday... she says it usually goes in waves. One thing that came in handy was that there were hella places to eat nearby. I grabbed some tacos from El Castillito, the Mexican place across from Safeway. Sparky's on the other side of Market is open 24 hours if you're partying late-night.
Met some cool folks at Lucky 13: Wendy, Twila (who's name I f*cked up twice), gotta thank my homie Uly for striking thru, Aaron, Juan, Catherine, Ariana and Mimi.

PS- Noah, thanks for not buying me that $2 Pabst at the end of the night... what a pal! *(see below)

**Update: Apparently my damaged memory deceives me. After talking to Noah, it looks like I was out of line in my stupor. I didn't tip, and forgot to pay my tab...apologies brother! Quick tip: drinking marathons kill brain cells, dead.

Day 11: Hobson's Choice

Well sorry for the late posts, but it is hard to write when you spend most of your time drinking! Nonetheless, Hobson's Choice located at 1601 Haight Street is a great bar to hit any day...especially the day before the Haight Street Fair. Haight Street is known for it's transients, shops, and great bars. And, Hobson's is one of those great establishments. Hobson's specializes in alcoholic concoctions, mystery jungle juices, and a great social atmosphere. They also have a great partnership with the eateries located next door. You can order food at the bar and your food will be delivered to you...what!!!! Besides the food Hobson's always has great music which is provided by the bartenders ipod. There is an upstairs area for players to get their game on and plenty of seating on the ground floor. Furthermore, that day there was a party going on atop the roof of the building and a bunch of idiotic beggars outside. One of them thought it would be in his best interest to scream at everyone passing by... "GIVE ME YOUR CHANGE", which didn't work...dah! He was two seconds away from getting his ass kicked by one of the dudes he was screaming at...and when the guy went to handle his business the idiot ran into the middle of the street and ate shit (face first). Serves the dumbass right! Another guy was doing magic tricks and card tricks... that's how you earn your money! So, if you are looking for a great bar with great food and great service...Hobson's is definitely the place for you.
Thank you to all of the supporters that came out (you know who you are).
Like a good neighbor Stretchvet is there...with a can of whoop ass for idiots and spare change for dudes with a good gimmick!

Day 10: Li Po

PICTURE WILL BE POST SOON.  BUSY DRINKING, NOT ENOUGH UPLOADING STAND BY...

Hey, I’m gonna keep it real.  I used to get mistaken for being Chinese.  One of my first best friends growing up was Chinese.  Most of my teenage life was spent in the Richmond District.  I went to George Washington.  I was raised on "Jun May" on Balboa. (Chinese food to go) I’ve never hung out in Chinatown because I thought it was pretty much in my backyard.  If you grew up in the Aves you know it’s true.  I’m not trying to be funny, just keeping it real. Now that I’m an adult, I guess it's time to check it out.  Isn’t that the REAL reason why we started this whole 30 Days thing?  Explore all neighborhoods in this beautiful city of ours?
Here we are.  In the middle of what seems to be the pulse of Chinatown, a little hidden gem called Li-Po.  Ever see that movie Big Trouble in Little China.  Just the front of this place looks like it was from a Hollywood set.  (Add pic here)  I felt like the Filipino Jack Burton walking in the bar and ordering a shot to Jamison and a beer looking for that girl with the green eyes? (Later that night one of our friends came in and I think she had green eyes… funny observation) And where’s David Lo Pan?    Daniel, the big brother behind the bar was quiet in the beginning.  But by the end of the night, we were doing shots like we knew each other. He was also playing 90 r&b but he was just a tad bit older than me.  He must have known I was coming.  “Doh-Jay” Li-Po’s famous drink was their Chinese Mai-Tai.  Chinese Liquor and 151 rum?  I think Catharine had one or two and she said she was buzzing.  Nice.  Rumor has it that this place was an opium den back in the day.  Li-Po was established in 1936, so I can believe that.  So, if you are in Chinatown, grab some dim-sum, the head over to Li-Po and get a Mai Tai.  Tell them 30 Days sent ya!
Thanks for coming out: Monica, Juan, Tina, Catharine, Sammy Boy, Jen, Jason, Morseo, Cross, Germanyni, and A.gee   Thanks you Karen and Janine for letting me get in your ear about the 30 days.
To the ACP Crew, 10 Days down, 20 shots to go, and when this is all said and done…60 Days of total Debauchery!  Dig that……

Day 9: 500 Club

The ACP crew dived into the 500 club for its ninth consecutive day; I think we were still feeling the aftermath from the night before.  (Thanks Adeline@ Riptide) The 500 Club has nostalgic feel when you first walk in.  Collections of decorations on the walls from years past,  to the dark wood paneling everywhere, the old booths where you can sit with friends and shoot the shit, cheap drinks, the 500 is that old school dive.  This is also a Dog friendly bar, so don’t get to drunk… that bitch isn’t gonna give you their number. (Some of these jokers were drunk enough to, but we’ll get to that in just a sec.)
Thanks to our Bartenders Rachael and Ron and the Doorman Bret.  For the most part, they made us feel like home and that’s always a good reason to come back to a bar.   Support your locals and your local bartenders!  Thanks serving our drinks and listening to us talk about the 30 Days of Debauchery.
As for the crowd on a Thursday night, it was very interesting.  Lawrence was a cool cat that Stretch and I talked to in the beginning of the night. We had a nice conversation with him.  Normal.  By the end of the night, that wasn’t the case.  I was talking to two guys at the bars who were asking about the 30 Days and every word I said, made them gloss over even more.  Dude, get off that shit. “So, how many days in 30 Days are you doing this for?”    Then I go outside for a smoke and hear these cats talking shit.   Yes those are my friends over there.  Yes they are blowing trees.  Yes the cool bartender is talking to them.  You didn’t see the little dude standing next to you fuckers ear-hustling.  I didn’t want our group to be known for starting shit.  Plus everyone was having a good time and I didn’t want to spoil it.  So I told them the next day.   I just thought I’d give you a shout out…  “To the guy with the Captain Nazi hat on… I got monkey right here buddy!”  Talk shit to my friends for no reason… Fuck you dude.  My brothers would smash on you and your friends.  Consider that a pass homie.  Have a nice day.
As always, thank you to everyone who came out for Day 9: Monica, Brandon, Julie, Kelani, Azarah, Jen, Shivon, Vincent, Angelica, Sammy Boy, Catherine, Dave, Carrie, Natalie, and Patrick.
To my All City Project Crew… The Debauchery continues….

Day 8: The RipTide

Crashing in at bar number 8 of 30 is the Riptide located at 3639 Taravel. The Riptide has been an outer sunset dive for as long as I can remember. Surfers young and old call the Riptide home, and rightly so! Stepping through the front door was like stepping through a time machine. Their are old neighborhood pictures, old posters and promotional items, surf boards, and a huge deer head lining the walls. The bar itself is huge and offers plenty of seating for it's patrons. Happy Hour runs from 4pm to 7pm daily, and there are even tasty munchies provided.
The Tide has a great selection of local beers on tap, a fantastic assortment of bottled beers, and just about any alcohol you can imagine, Tuesday night surf movies, nachos, and a great local vibe and crowd! Adeline and Eddie were our mixologists for the night. They kept our pitchers full and our livers pickled. The Riptide is easy to get to from anywhere in the city. So, if you are in need of a cold beer, great view, great bartenders, and local people... ride the L Taravel down to the Riptide and indulge yourself. Thank you to all the folks that came out to support!
Like a good neighbor Stretchvet is there...with a pitcher of Anchor and a bottle of Jameson!

Day 7: Dimples

The first week of debauchery went by quickly with the finish line 3 weeks outta sight. Day 7 brought us to a perfect spot, Dimples in Japan Town. It's a rather small dingy dive bar where you go downstairs essentially under ground-level. Once you make it down, you are met with an oasis of beer, spirits (both good and bad ones), wine, soju, karaoke booths and a mechanical CD jukebox with Korean love songs and classic oldies but goodies, can I hear that Elvis joint again?

When the ACP crew arrived it was fairly early for the night so the freaks were not out yet (maybe in the back though), however we were entertained by Dallas beating Miami in the NBA Finals. We started off with our usual drinks, a shot of Jameson and a Sierra Nevada to get settled in. The drink prices are stiffer than the drinks themselves at $8 a shot and $10 for less than 32 oz of OB beer. Our bartenderess was a Korean "Mama-San" named "Helen" and according to her it was her second day on the job. E*Fizzle came in and ordered a Mai Tai and "Helen" was perplexed by his request. It turned out she forgot the ingredients for the drink, but the look on her face was priceless.

This Korean ran establishment is also known for their extra-curricular services in which I cannot confirm or deny, however I will set the scene for you and you can put the pieces together. So as the evening progressed, I couldn't help but notice these young attractive Asian women suddenly appearing in this rather confined place. The funny thing is that you can see via surveillance cameras everyone that comes through the entrance, but I didn't see these young ladies coming through the front. I wasn't tripping because I heard the "rumors" and read reviews, why do you think it's on the debauchery trail, wink wink! So this one O.G. Japanese guy who was at the bar drinking was feeling frisky with "Helen" suddenly slipped away unbeknownst to us, and not through the front entrance either because anyone leaving would have had to pass by the group before exiting and that wasn't the case. Then we noticed one of the girls just vanishing into thin air and a couple other ones grace us with their presence, as to where they went or how they got there blows my other mind, literally...wink wink! ;)

Anyway, if you want to grab some $$$ drinks but watch a really good human appearing and disappearing show, or if you want to magically disappear for a few hours in "heavenly bliss," come check out Dimples you won't be disappointed! Bring cash and don't use your credit or debit card, you might get in trouble with the wifey!

Big ACP big-ups to JR, Dave, Melissa, Hope and your buddy! ♩ ♪ ♫ ♬ ...I Only want to see you laughing in the purple rain, pur-ple rain...purple rain, purple rain...!!!♩ ♪ ♫ ♬ LOL!

Day 6: SpitFire Rose

Spit Fire Rose is a nice out of the way; off the beaten path, quite type of spot, especially for a Monday. You can go in there and hide out and gather your thoughts or bring a friend. Its definitely a saloon were you can hold a conversation without shouting or screaming. You can enjoy the game, and definitely some libations. Francisco, the bar tender, provided generously pored stiff drinks. I particularly enjoyed the Haywire beer that was on on tap. They had working mans prices, a pool table and jukebox. Check out Spit Fire Rose when you get the chance.  UPDATE-  Fun Fact: Before SpitFire Rose, this place was called Fabs.  Previously owned by the Sullivan Familly!  Small world.

Thanks to Francisco for keeping our drinks full !  Ophie from Franks said Hi!
